Whether you are creating an online account or shopping as a guest, you will need to provide your date of birth to confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Proof of age will also be required upon delivery.
Maximum purchase of 30 g
By law, the maximum amount of cannabis that can be purchased at a time is 30 g. That is why you cannot buy more than 30 g of cannabis per transaction on SQDC.ca.
For hash and extracts, it's a little different, but don't panic: we will do the calculation for you in the shopping cart.
Remember that, under the law, you are allowed to have no more than 30 g of cannabis on you and 150 g at home!

You'll receive a text message from Eva when a delivery person is on their way with your package. And guess what? You'll even be able to follow it right to your door! |

1. Order confirmation: on receipt of your order, you will receive an email indicating the products you have ordered. 2. Order ready for pick-up: you'll receive a second email as soon as your order is ready for pick-up. Orders are usually ready for pick-up within an hour*. You then have up to 7 days to pick it up at your branch. 3. At the store: simply present yourself at the dedicated pick-up counter with your order number and photo ID. Please note that virtual IDs (such as photos or e-wallets) are not accepted. 4. Third-party pick-up: Can't pick up your order yourself? No problem! You can send someone in your place. Just make sure they're 21 or over, have a valid ID, and know your order number. * Orders are usually ready within an hour of confirmation. If the order is placed less than an hour before closing, it will be available the next day, one hour after opening. Lead times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Terms of service are subject to change without notice. |
On delivery:
1. Meet at the door: the delivery person will ring your doorbell. If there's no answer and the delivery is due the same day or within 90 minutes, don't worry, the driver will call you. Keep in mind that the number may be private.
2. Verification of age and identity: the delivery person will verify your age and identity to make sure everything is in order.
3. Signature of proof of delivery: for deliveries via Canada Post, the delivery person will simply ask you to sign a proof of delivery.

Before requesting a refund or exchange, please ensure that you have not consumed the product. This is essential for efficient processing of your request.
