An email will be sent to you when we receive your order and again when your order is ready for shipment. The latter message will include a tracking number you can use to track your parcel’s progress to its destination. If you have an online account, you can track your parcel via the My Orders section of your account.
When the parcel is delivered, the identity and age of the person taking delivery will be checked and a signature required. Please make sure you have a valid photo ID. No virtual ID (e-wallet, photo) will be accepted. Remember that we deliver within Québec exclusively, and that you are legally allowed to have no more than 30 g of cannabis on your person or 150 g at home.
For standard delivery offered throughout Québec by Canada Post, a fixed fee of $5 (not including taxes) will be charged.
If you select express delivery, a fixed fee of $9 (not including taxes) will be charged. Express delivery is available in several cities in the Greater Montreal.
For all standard deliveries by Canada Post, a signature and proof of age are required so Canada Post will deliver your parcel directly to the address you specify. If no one 21 or older can accept the parcel, a delivery notice will be left to tell you where and when to pick it up.

Yes. Parcels can be delivered to another person provided he or she is at least 21 years old and the delivery address is in Québec.
For privacy reasons, parcels from SQDC.ca do not bear any SQDC branding. The sender shown on the parcel is a post office box.
Orders being prepared for shipment cannot be changed or cancelled. For any questions or problems related to your order, please contact the SQDC’s customer relations team as soon as possible after placing the order.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email message that contains a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your parcel to its destination on the Canada Post, E24 or Eva website.
For standard deliveries by Canada Post, if you are not around when delivery is attempted but another person 21 or older who can take delivery and sign the acknowledgement of receipt is, Canada Post can leave the parcel with them.
If no one is able to take delivery of the parcel, a delivery notice will be left to tell you when to pick up your parcel at a Canada Post pick-up point near you.

Parcels delivered by Canada Post will be left at the post office if you’re not there when they show up. You can have someone pick up your order in your place, as long as he/she is at least 21 years old. If this person lives at the same address, he/she must bring the Canada Post delivery notice and an accepted ID (driver's licence, health insurance card, passport, Canadian citizenship card or any other valid photo ID issued by a recognized government authority) with proof of address. If this person lives at another address, you must sign the Canada Post delivery notice and write their name to confirm they are authorised to pick up the parcel on your behalf.
