When you submit an online order and enter a delivery address in the Greater Montréal area, the express delivery option will automatically be displayed alongside standard Canada Post delivery.
Express deliveries are made seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays but excluding holidays. For $9, your parcel will be delivered directly to your door by E24.
Be sure to submit your order by 4 p.m. to take advantage of the same-day express delivery. After 4 p.m., you can chose next-day express delivery. Express deliveries are made in the evening between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Don't forget : A valid photo ID must be presented on delivery as the carrier has to check the identity and age of the person who accepts the parcel. For this reason, PO BOX delivery is not possible. No virtual ID (e-wallet, photo) will be accepted.

An email will be sent to you when we receive your order and another when the order is ready for shipment. The latter message will include a tracking number that lets you see the delivery status of your parcel.
If possible, please provide a valid and local mobile phone number when submitting your order. You will then receive a text message from E24 notifying you when their driver is on the way. You can even track your parcel in real time up to its arrival.
Please note that the carrier may contact you by phone to complete the delivery. Make sure to provide a local phone number since the carrier cannot make international calls.

Express deliveries will be delivered to the front door of most homes. Deliveries to multi-unit buildings or apartment complexes will be delivered to the main entrance or in the lobby of the building. Exceptions may be considered by our delivery partners in certain situations.
A set fee of $9 (not including taxes) is charged for express delivery on SQDC.ca.

When you confirm the delivery address for your online order, express delivery will be among the delivery options offered if the service is available for your address. If you don’t see the express delivery option, the service isn’t available in your area.

We are limiting the initial pilot phase to specific areas to help ensure a smooth, gradual rollout. If the results are positive, we expect to expand the coverage to other areas with the population density to support it.

To ensure confidentiality, parcels ordered on SQDC.ca have no SQDC branding. All delivery vehicles are unmarked. Delivery personnel carry an ID from the E24 delivery firm. Lastly, the return address shown on the parcel is a post office box.
Orders that are being prepared cannot be changed or cancelled. For any questions or issues with your order, please contact the SQDC’s customer relations team as soon as possible.

Orders submitted by 4 p.m. will be delivered between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. on the same day. Orders submitted between 4 p.m. and midnight will be delivered between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. on the next day. Orders are not delivered on holidays but will be delivered the next working day. Please note the day and delivery window confirmation displayed when you finalize your order online.
If you won’t be around to take delivery of the order, be sure another person age 21 or older is at the delivery address for the entire delivery window.
Remember to provide a working telephone number (ideally a mobile phone) where you can be reached during delivery if necessary.
Please note that in the rare cases where E24 is unable to complete delivery of a parcel due to an absent or underage recipient, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
PO BOX delivery is not possible for express delivery, as our packages need to be hand delivered for age validation purposes.
Following your order, a tracking link will be sent to you by email and by text message. You can click on the link to track the status of your order.
The security settings of some mobile phones do not allow clicking on the tracking link sent by text message. If the link is not clickable, you may copy and paste it directly into your browser.
Please note the link does not work with Internet Explorer on desktop.
