A first email will be sent to you when we receive your order. You will also receive a second email and a text message* from Eva (carrier) when your order is ready to be shipped. Both communications will include a tracking link allowing you to follow your package in real time.
*If possible, please provide a valid telephone number (ideally a mobile phone) where you can be reached during delivery if necessary. This will allow you to receive a text message from Eva notifying you that the driver is on the way. You will also be able to track your package to its destination in real time!
All 90-minute deliveries are made to the building’s main entrance, not to individual units.
To maintain confidentiality, SQDC.ca deliveries do not bear any SQDC branding. Also, all delivery vehicles are anonymous.
For any issue related to your order, please call the SQDC Customer Relations Centre at 1 888 551-2161 or 514 504-7732.
A fixed fee of $9 (not including taxes) is charged for all 90-minute deliveries offered on SQDC.ca.
For now, the 90-minute delivery service is available in certain parts of the Capitale-Nationale, Centre-du-Québec, Chaudière-Appalaches, Estrie, Mauricie, Outaouais and Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean regions. If the results of our pilot phase are positive, we plan to expand coverage to other areas whose population density makes such a service feasible.
Because all parcels have to be delivered by hand and with an age check, delivery to a mailbox or post office box is not possible with the 90-minute delivery service.
Orders being prepared cannot be changed or cancelled. If there’s a problem with your order, you can call the SQDC Customer Relations Centre at 1 888 551-2161 or 514 504-7732.
If there’s an issue with delivery, please feel free to contact Eva at 514 543-3667 or ask for help using the tracking link.
An email will be sent to you after we receive your order. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive another email and a text message from the Eva delivery service. Both these latter messages will include a link you can click on to track your order in real time.
The SQDC’s 90-minute delivery service is provided using Eva, a Québec-based delivery and ride-share company. For more information, visit the Eva website.
If you won’t be around, make sure another person 21 years of age or older is present to take delivery of your order at the specified address.
Also, remember to provide a valid telephone number (ideally a mobile phone number) where you can be reached at the time of delivery if necessary.
In the rare cases when, despite attempts to contact the customer and make the delivery, Eva isn’t able to deliver a parcel due to the age check requirement or no recipient being present, your order will be cancelled and the delivery fee will not be refunded.
Orders submitted between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays and between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekends will be delivered in 90 minutes or less. The estimated delivery time will be shown on your tracking link. You will also receive a text when the parcel is on its way to your address.
Yes. A valid photo ID has to be shown to the 90-minute delivery person. They have to check the identity and age of the person who takes delivery of the parcel. No virtual ID (e-wallet, photo) will be accepted.
For now, we’re in the initial pilot phase, which is limited to certain areas. This phase will allow us to introduce the service gradually and efficiently. If the results are positive, we plan to expand 90-minute delivery to other areas where the population density makes such a service feasible.
Standard delivery by Canada Post is available everywhere in Québec. Same-day express delivery is also available in several Québec cities. For details, see the Delivery section.
