Simple, easy and free : Our new Pick Up In Store service allows you to complete your purchases online and pick up your order at your favorite store for free.
Orders placed online will be ready for in-store pick up within one hour, during opening hours. Please note that it is recommended to complete your order 2 hours before closing time for a same day pick up.
Shop with « My store »
The « My store » tool allows you to choose your favorite store and quickly access its inventory. Once you have selected your store, look for the "my store" mention on the product tiles and on the product pages, in the "Availability" section.
Add products to your cart
Add the products available in your store to your cart.
Choose the Pick Up In Store option
In your shopping cart, under the "Shipping Methods" section, select "In-Store Pickup". (This option will be available at no additional cost.) If you have not already done so, you will be able to choose - or change - your favourite store.
Complete your order
Complete your order by following each step of the purchase process. Don't forget to verify that you have chosen the right store, that your email is valid and does not contain any errors.
*An invalid email may result in the cancellation of your order. Contact the Customer relations team for any problems related to web orders.
Wait for your confirmation email
In addition to the purchase confirmation email, you will receive a second email indicating that your order is ready to be picked up. The email will be sent to you within one hour of ordering, during opening hours. The email will contain your order number, as well as the address and hours of operation of the pickup location.
Pick Up your order In-Store
Once you have received confirmation that your order is ready, you can go to the store to pick it up. Generally, all orders will be ready within one hour of ordering. Please note that you have up to 7 days to pick up your order.
When you arrive at the store, you will need to go to the designated pick-up counter with your order number and valid photo ID.
Please note that it is possible to send someone to pick up your package for you. Anyone picking up a package must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid photo ID and have the order number. No orders will be given outside of the stores.
Pick Up In-Store is currently available in all stores.

Yes, anyone who has already placed an order on the SQDC.ca and has their purchase confirmation in hand can go directly to the designated counter to pick up their order.

A product purchased online at SQDC.ca and picked up at a store must be returned to the SQDC store where it was picked up. We invite you to contact the SQDC's customer relations team to discuss any other issues related to the Pick Up In Store service.
Orders that are being prepared cannot be changed or cancelled. For any questions or issues with your order, please contact the SQDC’s customer relations team as soon as possible.
No. All you need is your order number. However, all customers must have a valid photo ID to enter any SQDC store. No virtual ID (e-wallet, photo) will be accepted.
Any order that is not picked up within 7 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the customer.
You have up to 7 days to pick up your order.
Pick Up In Store is currently available in all SQDC stores with the exception of stores currently affected by the ongoing strike.

The SQDC does not refund purchases, regardless of the reason for returning the product. In order to exchange a product, the customer must provide the original invoice, or present the order preparation confirmation, which will serve as the invoice. If the product being returned is no longer available, SQDC will replace it with an equivalent product.
The SQDC allows products picked up in stores to be exchanged in the 14 days following purchase. Only defective or intact products may be exchanged.
